What is Zaiwave?
Zaiwave is a content engine: repurpose long-form into Shorts/Reels/TikTok, carousels, posts and emails, then publish and measure across channels.
Which platforms do you support?
Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. Threads is on the roadmap. Some features depend on each platform’s API availability.
Accounts & Permissions
How do I connect social accounts?
Use the official OAuth flows. We receive tokens/permissions—never your passwords. You can revoke access at any time in Zaiwave or on the platform.
What permissions does Zaiwave need?
Minimal scopes to create, schedule and publish posts, upload media and read basic performance. Exact scopes differ per platform.
Repurposing & Languages
Do you support English and French?
Yes—multilingual EN/FR from one source, with brand glossary and tone prompts for consistency.
Can Zaiwave generate captions and hooks?
Yes. We generate platform-tuned captions, hooks, hashtags and CTAs, which you can edit before scheduling.
Scheduling, Delivery & Analytics
Is posting guaranteed at the exact time?
We aim for precise delivery, but third-party platform limits and outages may affect timing. We retry and show status transparently.
Why do analytics sometimes differ from the platform?
Platforms round and refresh metrics at different intervals. We display the latest we can access and note where numbers can diverge.
Privacy & Security
Do you train models on my content?
No public model is trained on your identifiable content. We process data to provide the Service and improve relevance for your workspace.
How do I delete data or disconnect accounts?
You can disconnect accounts in Zaiwave, revoke tokens on platforms, delete drafts/schedules, or request deletion via /contact.
Billing & Support
Do plans auto-renew? Are refunds available?
Subscriptions renew until canceled. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a cycle starts. See /terms.
